MNM Property Management was founded by the seven grandchildren of Decker and Patrice Williams, longtime residents of Phoenix’s historic Willo District. Growing up, we learned the value of hard work firsthand—our grandfather put us to work early, teaching us everything from painting and repairs to basic plumbing. Those experiences shaped not only our skill set, but also our appreciation for the care and craftsmanship that historic homes require.
Equally influential was our grandmother, whose warm and personal approach to property management turned tenants into lifelong friends. She showed us that great property management goes beyond maintaining buildings—it’s about building relationships and creating a true sense of home.
MNM Property Management LLC was created in their honor, carrying forward their legacy of integrity, care, and community. Today, we specialize in providing a boutique, hands-on approach to managing properties in downtown Phoenix’s most storied neighborhoods. Our deep roots in the area and passion for historic homes allow us to offer a level of attention and dedication that larger firms simply can’t match.

While completing her doctorate in naturopathic medicine, Makenna views MNM as a meaningful passion project that complements her long-term commitment to care and service. The idea began when she recognized that her grandparents deserved to fully enjoy their retirement, rather than remain tied to the day-to-day responsibilities of managing their rental properties. What started as a way to support her family has grown into a broader mission to provide thoughtful, hands-on property management rooted in the same values of care and dedication.
With a strong focus on home technology and systems, he brings valuable expertise in security camera installation, TV mounting, and smart home integration to MNM Casas. Currently working in home automation, he has hands-on experience creating efficient, modern living environments while continuously expanding his skills through repair and troubleshooting. His practical knowledge and problem-solving mindset help ensure properties are not only well-maintained, but also equipped with reliable, up-to-date technology that enhances both owner and tenant experience.
TECHNICAL OPERATIONS & MAINTENANCE
Currently studying computer science, he brings a sharp, solutions-oriented mindset to MNM Casas. With a strong command of online platforms, systems, and digital tools, he oversees technical operations and support, ensuring everything runs smoothly behind the scenes. Known for his level-headed and practical approach, he excels at troubleshooting and finding efficient solutions, helping streamline processes and support both property owners and tenants with reliable, tech-driven problem-solving.
